La signora, il signor

Ciao!


Today we are going to work on a short conversation in Italian and you'll see how many things we have learnt in the moment. 


If you have read my previous entries you have learnt how to say Hi, and How are you.


Today I am going to introduce you to some extra vocabulary.  First, the word Piacere which means "be fond of" but as an answer it means that you feel pleased to meet someone.


The word for Mr. in Italian is Signor
The word for Mrs. in Italian is Signora.

Carla: Buona sera, signor Saade. Come sta?
Eric: Bene, grazie, E Lei?
Carla: Oggi sto proprio male
Eric: Oh mi dispiace.  Ah, le presento il signor Saucedo.  Signor Saucedo, la signora Bruni

Carla: Molto lieto
